Project Topic: the Stirrup

Daisy Chung: For our project, we plan to examine the impact of the stirrup on civilizations. The stirrup changed the nature of horseback riding, making it versatile and artistic in one fell swoop. The evolution of horseback riding as a result of the stirrup is something we will document. We are considering a combination of formats: video, slideshow, and narrative.
