[Jessica]: OCT group meeting times:

I'm free all day fri. except between 3-4pm which may change. I might have it cancelled. I can meet anytime before 6pm. On sat. I can come to campus at noon or 12:30pm, I have to be done by 2pm. Or i can meet after my 2pm meeting at 4:45pm. Sunday 3/19 I would prefer not to. But I can make time if its the last resort. If a large group meeting is not possible i can see you in groups of 3 - 4 ppl. Let me know what times work best for you.

Erica: Friday I am pretty much busy until 3... Saturday I am free all day as of right now. maybe if we can get a meeting with her on saturday we can meet as a group the friday with all our research done and finalize all the linking that needs to be done.

Ian Schildkret: saturday's good for me too, but so is friday after 2:05. Would 4 PM friday work for people? (I think Jessica meant friday in the first sentence; that's what it says in the email Priyanka sent out.)

Margo Liptsin: Since Jessica commutes, lets try for Friday which is more convenient for her. Friday, 2:05pm sounds like a good time.

Ian Schildkret: Erica said above that she can't make Friday until after 3, and Jessica might have a meeting until 4 anyway. That's why I was thinking 4-6 (or whenever we finish) on Friday. We can decide after class tomorrow (Wed.). Then, we have to write Jessica: she told me she doesn't check this.

How about this... we meet as a group at 3:00 on friday, then at 4 or 4:30 we meet with Jessica. -Erica

Ian Schildkret: I just wrote Jessica and told her 4 PM on Friday in Bg. 500 (what we agreed on after class). I can be there at 3 PM to coordinate some ahead of time.
